Acceptance of the Terms

Account Accuracy Obligations

Account Security Responsibilities

To protect yourself from unauthorized access, keep your login credentials (username and password) secure and confidential. If you suspect that someone has accessed or compromised your account security, notify us immediately.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Engage in any behaviour that we deem abusive or manipulative towards others, including but not limited to harassment or hate speech.
  • Participate in hacking, tampering or other unauthorized modifications of our Platform's code, servers, software, systems or network.
  • Use your account to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activities.

Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to prohibit access to accounts suspected to be associated with a user found in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions as displayed on our Platform. If there is no indication or notice for bonus terms, please contact us before participating to clarify eligibility requirements and any restrictions that may apply.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

  • Winnings will be paid out according to the outcome of games.
  • We reserve the right to void any bet in case of an irregular game result.
  • If we deem a player's gaming pattern as potentially linked with cheating or another form of prohibited activity, access can be restricted.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

We may cancel, modify or withdraw bonuses offered if you have not met all required conditions. Furthermore:

  • No more than one (1) account is allowed per household address.
  • Bonus abuse can lead to bonus cancellation and possible removal from the platform without prior notice.
  • Players found engaged in a form of bonus manipulation will be excluded.

Processing and Review Procedures

All transactions are subject to our review procedure prior to settlement, including but not limited to deposits, bets placed, game results and payouts processed. We reserve the right to adjust any outcome of a transaction if deemed necessary.

Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions

  • We may offer self-exclusion options, but the account remains active unless specifically closed.
  • Accounts will automatically be placed into an exclusion for a specified period of time.

Game Fairness and RNG Systems

We utilize Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure our games are truly random. Games can only provide theoretical RTP values; we cannot guarantee actual results due to numerous factors including network latency, lag and other unforeseen events that could affect game outcome.

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay

If a disruption occurs in relation to gaming on the site (including but not limited to software bugs affecting gameplay), you will be notified by us. In such an event:

  • You will receive compensation for any affected bets placed.
  • Bet settlement, deposits and withdrawals might experience technical issues.

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions in some way (e.g., multiple-accounting), without giving prior notice to you. This includes situations where:

  • You are found to be accessing the site from a restricted jurisdiction.
  • Your user ID is deemed inactive for an extended period of time.

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

  • Failure on our part to provide timely notification or failure in honoring withdrawals when requested due to technical difficulties or error; this includes but is not limited to communication issues between operators and third-party providers affecting transaction processing timelines.
  • Disruptions, software bugs that cause inconvenience, interruption of service while the system experiences an upgrade or maintenance downtime impacting game availability.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on our Platform for all users' access.
